Collin County, TX — March 2, 2024, Mashanda Lee was injured following a truck accident at approximately 9:10 a.m. along Frontier Parkway, F.M. 1461.
According to authorities, 46-year-old Mashanda Lee was traveling in an westbound Toyota Camry on East Frontier Parkway approaching the Wellspring Parkway intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that an eastbound Hino truck on Frontier Parkway attempted a left turn onto northbound Wellspring Parkway at an apparently unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way to the eastbound traffic. This resulted in a collision between the front-end of the Hino truck and the front right corner of the Camry.
Lee incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident. She was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
