Dewey County, OK — March 13, 2023, Martin Rodriguez-Rojo, Lexxionne Dedner, and Kordan Sandridge were killed in a truck accident around 1:45 p.m. on U.S. Hwy. 270 in Dewey County.
Authorities report, prior to the accident, Martin Rodriguez-Rojo’s Peterbilt semi-truck was southbound while Kordan Sandridge’s and Lexxionne Dedner’s International semi-truck was northbound on U.S. Hwy. 270.
The two trucks collided head-on when Kordan Sandridge’s semi-truck allegedly crossed into the southbound lanes and hit Martin Rodriguez-Rojo’s Peterbilt head-on. The collision’s force purportedly sent Martin Rodriguez-Rojo’s Peterbilt off the road where it then overturned.
Both Martin Rodriguez-Rojo and Kordan Sandridge were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Lexxionne Dedner was air-lifted to a hospital and later succumbed to the sustained injuries.
The crash is still under investigation, and there are no further updates at this time.
