Authorities said an SUV and a semi-truck collided for as-yet-unknown reasons on Memorial Parkway near Mastin Lake Road.
The driver of the SUV, Marissa Anne Montecalvo, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities, while two children were hospitalized. One reportedly has been released from the hospital, while the other is in stable condition.
No other injuries were reported.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the crash, which is still under investigation.
