Corpus Christi, TX — July 14, 2023, Marco Meza-Juarez was fatally injured as a result of a single-vehicle accident at around 2:30 a.m. along Highway 358.
According to information released by the Corpus Christi Police Department, the incident took place in the area of Jonnell Street and Oberste Street.
Details at this time suggest that 35-year-old Marco Meza-Juarez was in a vehicle that was traveling eastbound along the Highway 358 service road. Due to a series of events not entirely clear at this time, the vehicle lost control and crashed into a highway sign support.
Meza-Juarez sustained fatal injuries as a result of the collision. It did not appear anyone else was involved in the crash. Authorities have not yet released any information about the cause of the crash. Investigations continue.
