Authorities indicate that on May 17, a collision occurred between a Tahoe and a dump truck at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Route 36. According to reports, the Tahoe attempted a left turn onto Village Blvd. and was struck by the oncoming dump truck.
Investigators have not yet determined what caused the crash. The Tahoe driver, whose name has not been released, suffered severe injuries and died from the collision. No other injuries were reported.
