Accident Report
April 25, 2026, Logan Ramsey was injured as the result of a hit-and-run accident at around 10:45 p.m. along Grand Parkway.
Initial reports on the crash say that the accident happened along the northbound lanes of Highway 99 in the area of Kingsland Boulevard, just east of Katy.
It appears that 18-year-old Logan Ramsey was riding a Yamaha motorcycle along the highway. It appears a truck crashed with the motorcycle, then reportedly left the scene.
Due to the collision, Logan Ramsey sustained serious injuries. It’s unclear if authorities ever located the runaway driver.
How Did This Accident Occur?
I certainly don’t have more information about the crash than what’s already publicly available. That said, drivers who do nothing wrong don’t usually flee crash scenes. So, it wouldn’t surprise me if it turned out the truck the allegedly left the scene caused the crash. Finding out for sure would no doubt mean locating the driver, of course. Hopefully authorities can release more information to the public. Someone is bound to be able to connect the dots and come forward with new information to help the investigations.
