Fort Bend County, TX — April 20, 2024, Lin Ma was injured following a car accident shortly before 4:15 p.m. along State Highway 6.
According to authorities, 42-year-old Lin Ma was traveling in a northbound Tesla on S.H. 6 at a stop due to a stop light at the Dulles Avenue intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, a northbound Infinity failed to properly control its speed. It reportedly crashed into the rear end of a Volkswagen Passat. That collision caused the Passat to be pushed forward into the rear-end of the Tesla.
Ma suffered reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck. She was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
