Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

With single-vehicle wrecks, it’s important to consider how well the details are being investigated. Since those accidents aren’t often seen as a high priority, they can easily slip through the cracks. If any sort of complex factor contributed to the crash, then, it may not get the attention it deserves. Mechanical issues, tire blowouts, road hazards, faulty safety devices—common or not, these things need to be considered. Otherwise, victims and families may not be able to get the resolution they deserve after a serious crash.
