Brazoria County, TX — July 7, 2025, two people were killed and one was injured following a shooting among a landscaping crew around 1:18 p.m.
According to initial details about the incident, it happened on the west side of town during a work crew’s lunch break.
Authorities say at this time that the suspect was a 15-year-old member of the landscaping crew. It appears the suspect opened fire during the break, shooting three of the other workers. Two of those workers were killed while the third was hospitalized.
Authorities say that they apprehended the alleged shooter and took them to a hospital. At this time, additional details and potential charges remain unclear.
