Harrison County, TX — May 20, 2023, Kyle Petkus was injured as the result of a car accident at around 11:43 p.m. along Farm-to-Market 450.
Investigators reported that the accident took place in the area of the F.M. 450 and F.M. 1968 intersection. According to officials, 35-year-old Kyle Petkus was in a Chevy Silverado that was reportedly traveling southeast along F.M. 450.
The Chevy began to round a curve, but the vehicle somehow drifted to the right and left its lane. This caused the pickup to travel off-road where it crashed with a private driver and then into a tree before coming to a stop.
After the crash, Petkus was taken to a hospital due to what details claim were incapacitating injuries. Currently, there are details surrounding the crash which cannot be confirmed. Additional details are pending further investigations.
