How Did This Accident Occur?
Based on my experience with vehicle crashes, I always caution people not to rush to conclusions about any accident until the investigation is complete. Even when wintry conditions seem to provide an explanation.
Weather can be a factor in crashes, not the cause. Investigators need to sort out whether the driver was fatigued, or if a mechanical issue caused the SUV to lose control, or if another vehicle was involved. Only a thorough investigation will yield answers for those affected by this crash.
