Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
One of the most challenging aspects of car accidents is simply understanding how complex the investigations can be. Folks tend to think authorities get a crack CSI team to look into things, and they get the people involved the whole story. In reality, authorities do not always prioritize accident investigations. They can miss details, get things wrong, or jump to conclusions that only further harm victims and families affected by a serious accident.
Perhaps this crash is in the hands of an investigator who has the right tools and experience to get all the facts, but it wouldn’t be the first time if initial investigations fell short of getting folks the answers they deserve.
