Panola County, TX — October 12, 2024, Kenyata Whaley is dead following a car accident that occurred at around 3:01 A.M. on F.M. 959.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person dead during the early morning hours of October 12th. According to official reports, Kenyata Whaley was travelling in a Chrysler 200 on F.M. 959 in the southbound lanes, when for unknown reasons the vehicle left the roadway, hit a ditch, and then struck a tree.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Whaley had sustained fatal injuries and would be declared deceased. At this time there has been no further information released about the accident, including the status of Whaley’s injuries.
