How Did This Accident Occur?

It is not clear from early reports how these two vehicles came into contact with one another on State Highway 155, but the indication that authorities suspect the involvement of alcohol warrants a deeper investigation.

Police typically investigate crashes to determine why vehicles collided, but that isn’t enough for a crash like this.

Texas law allows bars or restaurants to be held responsible for injuries caused by a driver who was served while visibly intoxicated. I don’t know if that happened before this crash, but the victim and her family deserve to have someone look into that possibility.
