Tarrant County, TX — July 13, 2024, Kendrick Ridley was injured following a car accident at approximately 1:00 p.m. along the Interstate Highway 30 service road.
According to authorities, 31-year-old Kendrick Ridley was traveling in an eastbound Chevrolet Malibu on the I.H. 30 frontage Road in the vicinity west of the North Center Street intersection when the accident took place.
The Malibu was reportedly slowing in order to make a right turn into a private drive when, for as yet unknown reasons, a Ford F-150 failed to appropriately control its speed and crashed into the rear-end of the Malibu. This impact pushed the Malibu into the front-left side of a north facing Ford Taurus which had been at the intersection on the private drive.
Ridley suffered reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
