Harrison County, IN — June 12, 2023, Kelli Alm was killed following a commercial truck accident at around 12:30 p.m. along German Ridge Road.
Preliminary details about the fatal crash say that it took place outside of Crandall at the intersection of German Ridge Road and Cooks Mill Road.
According to officials, 35-year-old Kelli Alm was in a vehicle going westbound on German Ridge Road. For reasons which are not entirely clear, Alm’s vehicle crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer that was parked along the roadway. The tractor-trailer was reportedly partially in the lane of travel.
Due to the collision, Alm sustained injuries which proved to be fatal. Right now, there is no indication of others being injured in the collision. Authorities have not yet released details about the their continuing investigations. The exact factors leading up to the crash remain unclear pending those investigations.
