Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
All I can hope for is proper attention and dedication to getting answers for the victim’s loved ones. That’s true after any crash, but my concern is that authorities don’t always take single-vehicle wrecks seriously. Despite the many reasons this sort of thing can happen without any way for the victim to avoid the accident, people tend to just assume the victim was driving recklessly. That’s possible, of course, but it’s important to let the evidence speak for itself. Right now, there’s simply no telling what that evidence could say.
