Nueces County, TX — July 23, 2023, Kailtyn Garcia was killed and two others were injured following a car accident on Sunday along F.M. 665.

Preliminary information about the accident says that it took place in the Bishop area (about 30 miles southwest of Corpus Christi) at the intersection of F.M. 665 and F.M. 70.

According to officials, 24-year-old Kaitlyn Garcia of Alice was in a vehicle traveling in the area when a collision occurred with at least two other vehicles. The types of vehicles involved were not specified.

As a result of the crash, Garcia sustained fatal injuries. Details suggest a man and woman involved were taken to the hospital. Their conditions weren’t specified. At this time, there are no further confirmed details about what led to the crash. Investigations are ongoing.
