Grapevine, TX — October 1, 2024, Julie Monroe was injured following a car accident at around 6:34 A.M. on N. SH 26.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the morning hours of October 1st. According to official reports, Julie Monroe was travelling in a Toyota Camry on SH 26 in the eastbound lanes, when a Mitsubishi coming from behind Monroe failed to control their speed and collided with the rear of Monroe’s vehicle.
As a result of the impact, both vehicles sustained significant damage. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Monroe had sustained serious injuries and transported her to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released about the accident, including the status of Monroe’s injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
