Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

People often think that one car involved in a crash makes it simple, but these accidents can often be more complex than wrecks with multiple vehicles. Was there a vehicle defect involved? Is there a flaw with the design of the road? Was there missing signage or lighting? Did a bar illegally over-serve someone? Was there another driver that left the scene? Common or not, it’s important accident reconstructionists are able to consider these possibilities. Otherwise, they may let something important slip through the cracks.
