Houston, TX — September 5, 2024, a woman was killed following a pedestrian versus hit-and-run car accident at 5:00 a.m. on the North Freeway service road.

According to authorities, a woman was apparently sleeping in a sidewalk area in the vicinity of the North Freeway service road and Cathedral Lakes Parkway intersection when the accident took place.
