Panola County, TX — June 13, 2023, Joshua Parker was killed following a semi-truck rollover accident at 10:50 p.m. along F.M. 2517.
Authorities reported that the incident took place just outside of Carthage late Tuesday. Their initial statements said that 37-year-old Joshua G. Parker was in an 18-wheeler that was traveling westbound along F.M. 2517.
For reasons which have yet to be made clear, the 18-wheeler somehow ran off the side of the road. There, the truck then entered the ditch and ultimately overturned.
As a result of the crash, Parker sustained injuries which ultimately proved to be fatal. Right now, there is no indication of others being involved in the crash. Authorities continued their investigations, and additional details cannot yet be confirmed.
