Houston, TX — February 3, 2024, Joshua Ivie was killed in a pedestrian car accident shortly before 3:00 a.m. along the North Freeway.
According to authorities, a 27-year-old man was traveling in a southbound Chevy Silverado on North Freeway in the vicinity of Greens Road when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, as the pickup truck exited the freeway, it collided with a Kia which had been disabled in the right lane of the freeway. The Kia was then allegedly pushed into 33-year-old Joshua Ivie who was apparently standing outside of the vehicle. Ivie incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the accident and was declared deceased at the scene. No other injuries have been reported.
