Abilene, TX — November 10, 2024, Joshua Harness was killed after a car accident about 2 p.m. on Buffalo Gap Road.

Joshua Harness, 37, was riding a motorcycle in the 4400 block of Buffalo Gap Road when it collided with an SUV, according to police. The road is also known as F.M. 89.

Joshua Harness Killed in Car Accident in Abilene, TX

The SUV reportedly was trying to turn left into a private driveway before the crash, authorities said.

Joshua Harness was flown to a Fort Worth hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in the crash, according to authorities, but he died the next day.

Additional details about the SUV and its driver have not been released at this point.

The cause of the crash is being investigated by Abilene police.
