Houston, TX — August 21, 2023, Joshua Fronek was killed in a pedestrian-car accident around 10:48 p.m. on F.M. 1960 in Houston.

According to sources, Mr. Fronek had recently left a convenience store and was in the far right lane of Cypress Creek Pkwy (a.k.a. F.M. 1960) when he was struck by a red BMW 340. There are conflicting reports regarding the direction the pedestrian was walking. The 66-year-old female driver reportedly remained at the scene and allegedly told authorities she didn’t see the pedestrian.

Joshua Fronek, 35, was pronounced deceased at the accident location.

Authorities have not released any other details at this time.
