Mansfield, TX — August 15, 2024, Joseph Powell was injured following a motorcycle that occurred at around 9:05 P.M. on Callender Rd.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the evening hours of August 15th. According to official reports, Joseph Powell was travelling on a motorcycle on Callender Rd. in the southbound lanes, at the intersection of Acadia St. when a Toyota Camry coming from the south failed to yield the right-of-way and collided with Powell.
As a result of the impact, both vehicles sustained significant damage. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Powell had sustained serious injuries and transported him to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released from the accident, including the status of Powell’s injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
