Wood County, TX — October 18, 2024, Josefino Duran wasinjured following a car accident that occurred at around 8:45 P.M. on FM 515.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the evening hours of October 18th. According to official reports, Josefino Duran was travelling in a GMC Sierra on FM 515 in the westbound lanes at CR 4215 when a Jeep Wrangler failed to yield the right-of-way when coming CR 4215 onto FM 515 and struck Duran.
As a result of the impact, both vehicles sustained significant damage. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Duran had sustained serious injuries and transported him to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released from the accident, including the status of Duran’s injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
