Ellis County, TX — April 6, 2024, Jose Sierra and three others were injured in a car accident at about 5:45 p.m. along Parks School House Road.
According to authorities, 51-year-old Jose Sierra and two women ages 53 and 20 were traveling in a northeast bound Nissan Sentra along Parks School House Road in the vicinity of the Peters Street intersection when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a northwest bound Honda Odyssey occupied by a 69-year-old man attempted to exit a private drive and enter the roadway at an apparently unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the front-end of the Sentra and the front-left side of the minivan.
Jose Sierra and the woman from the Nissan both incurred suspected severe injuries due to the wreck. The 20-year-old from the Sentra also suffered moderate injuries, while the man from the minivan sustained apparently minor injuries. All four victims were transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
