San Antonio, TX — May 28, 2023, Jonathon Moreno sustained injuries due to a hit-and-run accident at around 12:30 a.m. along East Commerce Street.
According to current information about the accident, it happened in the area of the East Commerce Street and Navarro Street intersection.
Authorities said that 40-year-old Jonathon Moreno was on a bicycle at the time. While riding along Commerce, it appears a red GMC Terrain somehow hit Moreno. That vehicle then reportedly left the scene.
Moreno was taken from the scene with injuries said to be serious. Moreno’s current condition is unclear at this time. Authorities say they continue to search for the suspect driver, and they encourage anyone with information to come forward.
