Marshall, TX — May 16, 2023, Jonathan Austin Taylor and another person were injured after a commercial truck accident at 2:29 p.m. on Loop 390.
Preliminary information about the commercial truck wreck were made public by investigating officials, who say that EMS was called to the area of the Loop 390 and Scottsville Road intersection.
According to current statements about the wreck, it appears that 29-year-old Jonathan Austin Taylor was the driver of a Nissan Altima that was going along Scottsville Road. While pulling through the intersection, it appears that a southbound 18-wheeler crashed into the side of Taylor’s vehicle.
Due to the t-bone collision, Taylor reportedly sustained injuries believed to be incapacitating. The driver of the 18-wheeler was said to have non-incapacitating injuries. No one else appeared to have been injured. At this time, there is not enough information available to confirm the exact cause of the accident. Investigations are ongoing.
