Live Oak County, TX — October 29, 2023, John Garcia Jr. was injured in a car accident just after two o’clock in the morning along I.H. 37.
According to authorities, John Garcia Jr. was traveling in a southbound Ford F-150 on the I.H. 37 frontage road just north of Farm to Market 1358 when the accident occurred.
For reasons which have yet to be confirmed, the pickup veered left out of the southbound lane and across the northbound lane before exiting the roadway completely. The truck then traveled in the grassy area between the frontage road and the highway where it struck a culvert and began to roll, finally coming to a stop on the driver’s side. 21-year-old John Garcia Jr. incurred severe injuries as a result; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS for treatment.
The accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry. There are not currently any additional details available pertaining to this incident.
