Authorities say that on May 27, a crash occurred between an eastbound pickup truck and a semi-truck on Route 166. According to reports, the pickup driver lost control of his vehicle and ended up in the path of a semi-truck traveling in the opposite direction. The two vehicles collided head-on, killing the pickup driver and his two passengers.
Jimmy C. Bond, 81, Barbara J. Bond, 79, and Colton J. Bond, 21, did not survive the collision. No other injuries were reported.
