People often overlook accidents like this, considering pedestrians typically aren’t supposed to be walking on or around an interstate. But like any serious accident, it’s important to consider all possible factors and whether or not there may have been extenuating circumstances. If nothing else, the victim’s loved ones deserve to know they’re getting the full story. Hopefully authorities here understood that and gave this accident the attention it deserved.
