Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
If it’s true that a truck made a left turn and collided with oncoming traffic, there frankly aren’t many scenarios where that happens without the truck driver making a mistake. However, I would discourage folks from jumping to conclusions or looking for blame when the facts aren’t clear yet. After all, the person who authorities suggest may have caused the crash isn’t around to tell their side of the story. It’s up to the evidence to do that for them.
