Childress County, TX — June 3, 2023, Jeffery Brinson was injured as the result of a single-vehicle accident that happened around 2:15 p.m. along F.M. 2042.

According to preliminary information released by authorities, the incident occurred in the area of F.M. 2042 and County Road 2, west of the town of Childress.

Jeffery Brinson Injured in Motorcycle Accident in Childress County, TX

It appears that 45-year-old Jeffery Brinson was on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that was traveling northbound along F.M. 2042. At the intersection, F.M. 2042 curves to the right, while westbound lanes go to F.M. 1282 and northbound continues onto County Road 2. As the motorcycle approached the intersection, it somehow continued straight across a triangular median, then off the north side of F.M. 2042. The bike continued off-road and fell over, ejecting Brinson.

Due to the crash, details suggest that Brinson sustained incapacitating injuries. It does not seem that anyone else was involved in the crash. Authorities have yet to release additional details which can confirm currently public information about the crash.
