Wichita Falls, TX — June 24, 2023, James Whitmer IV was killed in a pedestrian-car accident around 4:25 a.m. on Southwest Parkway in Wichita Falls.

Sources report the victim was crossing Southwest Pkwy. east of Allendale Rd. when he was struck by a westbound Honda Accord. Mr. Whitmer IV suffered fatal injuries.

Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
