Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Details immediately following a multi-vehicle collision like this should always be taken with a few grains of salt. Frankly, I’ve been handling commercial truck accidents for over 30 years now. Even in crashes involving just two vehicles, authorities don’t always have the time, training, and tools needed to delve into complex possible factors surrounding commercial vehicle accidents. A crash involving this many vehicles is only going to present more significant challenges. So while it’s possible authorities here are taking proper steps to ensure nothing important slips through the cracks here, that’s going to be up to the evidence to say for itself.
