Dallas, TX — July 10, 2023, James Earnest Stewart was injured as the result of a tractor-trailer accident at around 2:00 p.m. along Jefferson Boulevard.
According to information about the crash, the incident took place in the area of the West Jefferson Boulevard and SE 14th Street.
Investigators said in initial statements that 39-year-old James Stewart was in a Chevy Malibu traveling westbound along Jefferson. Ahead, authorities say that a tractor-trailer coming out of the naval base made a left turn to go westbound. Doing so, the truck entered the path of Stewart’s vehicle, and the vehicle hit the trailer.
As a result of the collision, Stewart sustained injuries described as incapacitating. There did not appear to be any additional victims with confirmed injuries. Right now, additional details about the crash are unavailable.
