Kansas City, KS — April 10, 2023, Jacqueline Kirwan was killed in a collision with a USPS semi-truck around 3:30 a.m. on I-35 in Kansas City.

There are currently very few details about this accident. Ms. Kirwan was struck by a USPS semi-truck on I-35 near Exit 235 for Cambridge Circle. Investigators indicate the postal tractor-trailer was southbound on the highway when it collided with Jacqueline Kirwan, who police believe was standing or walking in the same lane.

Kirwan was pronounced deceased at the crash scene. The truck driver was reportedly unhurt.
