La Marque, TX — September 3, 2023, Isaac Moore and one other were injured due to a car accident at around 11:00 p.m. along Highway 146.
Authorities said in their preliminary statements that the crash happened in the area of the Highway 146 and Highway 3 intersection.
According to officials, a 57-year-old woman was in a Toyota Rav4 said to be going southbound along Highway 3 before taking a right-hand exit to turn around to northbound Highway 146. While taking that exit, the vehicle reportedly left its lane, went across a median, and entered southbound lanes of Highway 146 where 62-year-old Isaac Moore was in a Toyota Corolla. The two vehicles collided as a result.
Due to the collision, both Moore and the other driver sustained apparently incapacitating injuries. Authorities said they were looking into the Rav4 driver possibly being intoxicated due to alcohol, but nothing further can be confirmed at this time.
