Blanco County, TX — January 17, 2024, a Horseshoe Bay man was injured following a car accident at around midnight on Ranch Road 962.
Preliminary information about the crash said that it happened in the area of Cypress Mill, and it apparently involved only a single-vehicle.

The driver, identified only as a 26-year-old Horseshoe Bay man, was in a Jeep Wrangler traveling along R.R. 962. Apparently while rounding a curve, the vehicle left the roadway, possibly to avoid hitting a deer. The vehicle traveled off-road until it crashed into a tree, trapping the driver.
EMS transported the driver to an area hospital with potentially serious injuries. No one else was in the vehicle. Right now, additional details about the crash can’t be confirmed without more thorough investigations.
