Dallas, TX — January 22, 2023, Holley Luper and Joe Mosley Jr. were killed as the result of a single-vehicle accident at around 2:21 a.m. along I-35E.
Preliminary details about the crash indicate that it happened in the area of the R. L. Thornton Freeway and Fairshop Drive.
According to officials, 29-year-old Joe Mosley Jr. and 29-year-old Holley Luper were in a Mazda 6 that was going southbound along the freeway. While going onto the exit ramp, it appears the vehicle left its lane and crashed off the side of the ramp.
