Clearfield County, PA — June 27, 2023, Helena Wallace was killed in an accident involving a delivery truck in Clearfield County, PA.

Authorities indicate that on June 27, 2023, an accident occurred on DuBois Rockton Road when a vehicle and a delivery truck collided shortly after 1:00 p.m. Sources say the vehicle was struck as it attempted to get in front of the truck.

Investigators have not determined what caused the accident. The driver of the vehicle, 85-year-old Helena Wallace died in the collision. No other injuries were reported.
