Galveston, TX — February 25, 2023, Guillermo Tapia Loza was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 45 near Exit 1C in Galveston.
Officials report Mr. Loza’s Chevy Spark was westbound on I-45 when his vehicle somehow veered toward the driver’s side, entered the grassy median, struck a wire guard railing, and overturned. The Spark reportedly came to a stop upside down in the median.
Guillermo Tapia Loza suffered fatal injuries.
Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
