Liberty County, TX — June 18, 2023, Granville Taylor was killed and Katie Breaux was injured following a single-vehicle accident at 4:03 a.m. on Highway 105.
According to details released by authorities, the incident happened in the area of the Highway 105 and Highway 146 intersection.
It appears from initial statements that 39-year-old Granville Taylor and 36-year-old Katie Breaux were in a Ford Mustang that was reportedly going eastbound along Highway 105. For reasons which cannot be confirmed at this time, the vehicle traveled off the right-hand side of the road. There, the Mustang hit the side of a driveway before then overturning.
As a result of the crash, Brady sustained injuries that ultimately proved fatal. Breaux had reportedly incapacitating injuries. It’s unclear whether or not a child in that same vehicle had injuries due to the crash. Currently, there is no further information which can be confirmed pending investigations.
