Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

While people tend to write off pedestrian accidents, they can present significant challenges that require thorough investigations. This can include things like signage, lighting, alcohol, cell phone usage, and even road design. Sometimes, authorities may be quick to move on to other responsibilities, leaving victims and families without clear answers. Whenever that happens, it’s important to have a second set of eyes look things over, if only to make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
