Summit County, UT — June 27, 023, four people were injured when a passenger van and a semi-truck collided around 11:30 p.m. on I-80 in Summit County.
According to authorities, the passenger van and tractor-trailer were heading in the same direction when the van allegedly rear-ended the truck. Officials report firefighters have to extract two victims and that all four people were taken to a hospital. One person purportedly suffered critical injuries. The severity of the other injuries was not released. Additionally, officials have not said what vehicles the victims were in.
Investigators have not released what factors led up to the accident.
