Fayette County, TX — July 22, 2023, Feliciano Mendoza Estrada sustained injuries as the result of a single-vehicle car accident late Saturday on F.M. 609.
Investigators said that the incident happened at approximately 10:37 p.m. in the area of Farm-to-Market 609 mile marker 466.
Details at this time suggest that 34-year-old Feliciano Mendoza Estrada was in a Nissan Maxima that was reportedly traveling northbound along F.M. 609. Authorities said that an animal is believed to have entered the roadway in front of Mendoza Estrada’s vehicle, causing him to lose control. The Nissan veered off the right side of the road where it then overturned.
As a result of the accident, Mendoza Estrada sustained apparently incapacitating injuries. There were no others said to be involved in the crash. Currently, it’s unclear if authorities confirmed any additional factors contributing to the accident.
