Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Any time a single vehicle crash happens, my main concern is whether or not authorities are giving it enough attention. It’s not a high priority for a lot of departments, so details easily slip through the cracks. That’s why there are situations like a case we had not long ago where authorities completely missed that a victim’s seatbelt was defective, leading them to suffer serious injuries that otherwise could have been prevented.
There’s just no telling what all can contribute to a serious crash without thorough investigations from experienced and well-equipped accident reconstructionists. I can’t help wondering if the lack of information about this crash is a sign it, too, might not be getting the attention it deserves.
