Fresno County, CA — August 2, 2023, one person was killed and one was injured after a truck accident at approximately 5:44 p.m. along Clovis Avenue.
Details provided by the California Highway Patrol show that the incident happened in the area of the Clovis Avenue and American Avenue intersection.
Right now, there is no information regarding what exactly led up to the crash. Details say only that two people were in a Honda traveling on southbound Clovis Avenue. Somehow, a collision occurred between the Honda and an Isuzu box truck. This resulted in the truck going on top of the Honda.
As a result of the collision, the passenger in the Honda was fatally injured. The driver was said to have critical injuries. It’s unclear of the truck driver had any injuries. Authorities did not name the individuals involved in the fatal wreck. Investigations are ongoing.
